In accordance with art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the data for which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT number. Only in the event that we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Not providing a VAT number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice at a later date.
Due to the anticipated high occupancy, seating at the multi-person tables is assigned by the Hotel in advance at the Magnolia Restaurant and VIP Rooms. If you wish to reserve seats at a special, separate multi-person table, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Each stay package always starts with dinner and ends with breakfast. The hotel reserves the right to change prices freely depending on hotel occupancy during a given period.

Reservation Conditions
To guarantee the reservation, a 100% non-refundable deposit is required (50% deposit payable at the time of booking, the remaining 50% paid before December 1, 2024). After December 1, 2024, reservations are made only after the payment of 100% of the non-refundable deposit. Due to the very high interest in stays during the New Year's Eve and New Year period, failure to pay the deposit amounting to 100% of the reservation value before December 1, 2024, will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the deposit.
