Each package stay always starts with dinner and ends with breakfast. The hotel reserves the right to change the price list according to the occupancy of the hotel during the given period.
According to Article 106b (5) of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, please inform us during the reservation process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide a VAT number during the reservation will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.
To guarantee the reservation, a 100% non-refundable deposit is required (50% deposit payable at the time of booking, the remaining 50% payment before December 1, 2024). After December 1, 2024, reservations can only be made after paying a 100% non-refundable deposit. Due to very high interest in stays during the New Year's period, failure to pay a 100% deposit of the reservation value before December 1, 2024, will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the deposit.
